What we delete immediately: your projects, generated images and videos, reference uploads, chat history, display name, login credentials.

Connector data is deleted too, usually within two hours: Claude and ChatGPT connections, results made through them, and uploads. A pseudonymized record of connector consents and activity (kind and time only) is kept for 5 years.

You own a Team plan. Transfer ownership to a teammate or disband the team first, then try again.
